Uyama Hiroto creates atmospheric jazz-infused hip-hop that carries the same soulful energy that made a Nujabes so timeless. I’m drawn to his music because the smooth instrumentals and emotional depth feel like a natural continuation of Nujabes’ sound while still having a calming identity of its own.
My Favorite album from Hiroto is “freeform jazz” was released on November 2, 2016.Freeform Jazz blends mellow jazz melodies, warm hip-hop rhythms into a deeply calming atmosphere. I love it because it has some of my favorite tracks like “South Side” feat. Shing02, “Yin and Yang,” and “Skipper,” and it’s one of my favorite album covers.
